RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations before products are shipped. Canceled orders receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

Returns

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided items are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping:

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind): Customer pays return shipping

  • Our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We cover return shipping

No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll send you an email notification. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.

Delayed Refunds:
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution. If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing delays are common)
